Warranty

Amplifiers have a standard 1-year warranty against workmanship and material defects under normal use. Any issues against workmanship will be repaired at no labor charge during the warranty period, shipping costs will remain with the buyer unless pre approved by distributor. Please contact Barker Amps to see if your issue is covered under these terms. Some parts/issues may be eligible for warranty replacement after the standard warranty has expired, contact Barker Amps for more information. Any warranty only applies to the original owner and starts at the date of purchase/delivery. Only products purchased directly from Barker Amps store or an authorized dealer carry a warranty. Proof of purchase (Receipt/Invoice if purchased from a dealer) is necessary to claim warranty. All repairs and/or replacements deemed necessary will be done by Barker Amps unless prior approval has been granted. (Mishandled amplifiers will not be covered: damaged caused by dropping, hauling, water damage, incorrect power supply, voids warranty.)

 ***Always use 120V AC power supply with a proper ground. Higher voltages can result in early tube and component failure, which may void warranty. Voltage regulators are suggested to maintain proper supply.****

Provided Amplifier Tubes have a 90-day warranty period. 

 

Returns

General returns are not accepted. Barker Amps are guaranteed and if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to see if we can help.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
